Before you call our service area please check the following:
Q. My main oven was working correctly yesterday but now it won't work.
A. Check to ensure that the clock is switched into manual and that it is not simply as case of automatic cooking time having expired.
Q. My burners don't always ignite from the spark.
A. Was the cooker professionally installed and commissioned? If so, the burners should have been set-up by the installer as described in the instructions.
Q. My cooker is totally dead, nothing is working at all!
A. Due to the way the cooker was built, it is unlikely to be a fault within the cooker. Please switch off the main wall switch to ensure the contact have been properly made. Check all fuses and then call an engineer.
Q. Why can I hear a fan when using any of the oven functions?
A. The fan that you can hear is a cooling fan under the hob top. This fan draws air from the rear of the cooker and passes it underneath the control panel. The flow of air reduced rising heat, keeping the control panel and knobs cooler.
